Maybe it’s because I’m an only child, but ever since I was a teen, I have never been afraid to “attract attention to myself” as my mom would put it. (Often.) Therefore, I’ve never been one to shy away from bringing tough topics to the stage.
However, I was recently asked a question about speaking on tough topics, and I had to articulate what it takes to tackle a tough topic.
